Wii Error 107310 Forecast Channel
This problem stems from a technical issue with the Wii's flash memory, when it is not properly formatted. A common misconception is that this problem is permanent and requires you to send your Wii back to Nintendo, but this isn't true.
Although Nintendo and your Wii vendor insist your Wii is preformatted at the factory, they tend to botch it sometimes (or the memory's byte structure was corrupted in some other way on transit: extreme heat, excessive tilting, demagnetism, etc).
The memory is somehow still able to be used by game saves, messages, etc, but it seems the area of memory the forecast channel uses is easily susceptible to this corruption.
A reformat (and redownloading of all relevent updates) should see this problem short-lived.
